
Jeff Eisenman
P.E., - President
Jeff founded and has been leading Maverick Applied Science, Inc. since 1999. Jeff is an international expert in nonmetallic equipment for corrosive applications in heavy industry. Jeff has been specifying, designing, and inspection FRP and dual laminate equipment and piping systems for over 30 years. Jeff currently leads the ASME Nonmetallic Pressure Piping Systems Standards (NPPS), Subcommittee for FRP Piping, a State-of-the-Art FRP standard, published in 2019.

Darryl Mikulec
P.E., - Technical Director
Darryl joined Maverick Applied Science, Inc. in 2006 as a staff engineer. Since that time, Darryl has steadily honed his expertise and is nationally recognized as a leader in the field of FRP piping and equipment. Darryl currently leads the Engineering and Inspection Services Teams at Maverick Applied Science, Inc. Additionally, Darryl is responsible for all materials testing and pipe support projects within the company. Darryl is currently the Vice Chair for the ASME NM.2, Design Subgroup of the Subcommittee for FRP Piping.

Julie Odabashian
Field Service Coordinator
Julie originally came to Maverick Applied Science, Inc. in an accounting and administrative role in 2017. Julie has a tremendous work ethic with a mindset for service to others. As the company has expanded, Julie was elevated to the Field Service Coordinator role in late 2018. As Field Service Coordinator, Julie manages the logistics and deployment of our inspection and engineering staff for field assignments. Additionally, Julie coordinates all necessary site pre-qualifications and site-specific training activities to ensure that field staff are equipped, prepared, and enabled for the field inspection. This includes inspection projects all over North America and internationally.

James Pierce
Mechanical Engineer II
James Pierce, is a Mechanical Engineer II for Maverick Applied Science and is an integral part of our MAS Engineering Team. James has a bachelor’s and Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida. James came to Maverick in 2018 and has eight (8) years of engineering, design, inspection, and consulting experience, and is active in the firm’s focus on design, construction and inspection of nonmetallic piping and equipment primarily for the power, pulp & paper, mining, and chemical process industries.
As a mechanical engineer, James is active in Maverick’s engineering group, with a proficiency in advanced analysis, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of static and dynamic structures. Part of James’ many responsibilities are to conduct failure investigations on equipment and components.

Lynette Fritz
Manager of Accounting and Administrative Operations
Lynette joined Maverick in February 2023 as our Manager of Accounting & Administrative Operations. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting, office management, and administration. Additionally, Lynette has extensive experience with Human Resources, payroll, financial statements, budgets, job costing as well as general office administration.

Pedro Motta
Mechanical Engineer I
Pedro joined Maverick Applied Science in 2023 as a Mechanical Engineer I. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. With experience in designing and analyzing mechanical systems, as well as developing software solutions, Pedro supports the engineering team in their design and analysis of pipe supports and nonmetallic piping.

Vamshi Allam
Mechanical Engineer I
Vamshi joined Maverick Applied Science in 2023 as a Mechanical Engineering Intern before being promoted to Mechanical Engineer I. Additionally, he holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida. With experience in designing and analyzing mechanical systems, Vamshi supports the engineering team in their design and analysis of pipe supports and nonmetallic piping.

Kerry Becton
North America Account Executive
Kerry is a seasoned business development expert with over 25 years of experience in sales, project management while specializing in developing strategic client relationships across diverse sectors. Her extensive background in energy infrastructure and optimization sales has equipped her with a deep understanding of strategic client engagement and consultative strategies.
Kerry also enjoys serving her local community through her volunteer efforts. In the past she was a volunteer firefighter, assisted in a local hippotherapy program, and Habitat for Humanity among others. Her son’s journey from law enforcement to software development has also inspired her to pursue roles that positively impact communities. Kerry enjoys outdoor activities and values time spent with family and friends.
