The American Petroleum Institute (API) is the only national trade association that represents all aspects of America’s oil and natural gas industry. The Welding Research Council, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit scientific research corporation, brings to bear in the solution of problems in welding and pressure vessel technology the talents of diverse science and engineering specialists.
